Meratus Mountain lies from southern to northern of South Borneo . It is inhabited by Meratus Dayak ethnic. They settle on remote places along Meratus range. Nomadic farming, animals hunting, and ritual ceremony are part of their life. The highest part is on Mount Besar . The area covered by tropical rain forest, river, mossy stone, and tremendous waterfall. By trekking here, you will marry the fresh of tropical forest air and the sound of mighty nature.

Day 01 : ARRIVAL IN BANJARMASIN
Meet at Banjarmasin . Free program.

Day 02 : BANJARMASIN-BATU TANGGA
Transfer to Batu Tangga small district by bus, then trekking to kiyo, village on the foot of Meratus mountain. overnight at local house. (b,l,d)

Day 03 : BATU TANGGA-DATAR ALAI
Trekking to Tiranggang mount for about three hours, then take a rest. Afterwards, trekking to Datar Alai waterfall (camp I). overnight on riverside camp. (b,l,d)

Day 04 : DATAR ALAI-JUMANTIR
Six hours trekking through tropical rainforest to Jumantir ( camp II ) on the foot of mount Besar , the highest part of South Borneo province. Overnight on bivouac ( camp II ). (b,l,d)

Day 05 : JUMANTIR-MOUNT BESAR
Four hours trekking up the top of mount Besar , exploring wild orchids on route and enjoying scenery on roof of South Borneo . (b,l,d)

Day 06 : MOUNT BESAR-NINI BAKAT HILL
Trekking down about three hours to Jumantir ( camp II ). Then continue to Nini Bakat hill ( camp III ). overnight on bivouac (b,l,d)

Day 07 : NINI BAKAT HILL-TEMBATANG
Trekking about five hours to Tembatang river( camp IV ), the border of Central Hulu Sungai (upstream) and South Hulu Sungai (upstream) regencies.overnight on riverside camp. (b,l,d)

Day 08 : TEMBATANG-KADAYANG
Four hours trekking to Kadayang village, crossing beautiful valley and traditional farm of Kadayang villagers. overnight on local house. (b,l,d)

Day 09 : KADAYANG-LOKSADO-MUARA HATIP
Down to Loksado about three hours than visiting Malaris long house. Afternoon, transfer to Muara Hatip resort on Amandit riverside. overnight on resort. (b,l,d)

Day 10 : BAMBOO RAFTING-BANJARMASIN
Watching villager making the bamboo raft with villagers, after finishing the raft continue to get the bamboo rafting crossing mount Kantawan and tropical forest alongside of the river. The bus will wait on the downstream side to transfer you to Banjarmasin . overnight on Banjarmasin hotel. (b,l,d)

Day 11 : DEPARTURE
After Breakfast,Transfer to airport for your next destination. Tour end. (b)
